FUNDAMENTALS OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

In a world full of change and more options that one can dream up it’s no wonder why so many people have a hard time with getting clarity, feeling engaged, motivated and taking action. This course was designed for individuals and groups who are ready to take meaningful steps toward being their best selves while learning and exercising a proactive approach to leadership.

In this 16 hour course participants will learn about the three fundamentals for effective leadership which includes identifying values, navigating barriers, understanding systems thinking and community construction and creating a path for meaningful contribution in and out of work.

Who should attend: Individual and groups needing to clarity, focus, and actionable steps toward success.

YOUTH PROGRAM

Elements of SUCCESS

The Elements of SUCCESS was created to assist young people to understand their power in a healthy and positive way. This seven module course runs over 18 hours and provides youth people with an opportunity develop their leadership from the inside out.

The Elements of SUCCESS was created in 2007 and has been taught directly to over 800 young women within 10 countries and thousands more through peer to peer learning. The course has resulted in supporting young women by increasing confidence and academic pursuits as well as civic engagement and decreasing bullying and other forms of violence.

The course offers educational learning outcomes attached to the curriculum and in late 2016/ 2017 a course for young men will be completed.

THE FIVE ESSENTIAL PARTS OF SELF

This one hour, self-assessment course will walk you through the five most important parts of you and why each part is essential for maintaining success in your life.

At the end of the course participants will tangibly be able to see why some things don’t seem to working well in their lives and what they can do to improve each area for greater life satisfaction and success.

SETTING YOUR FOUNDATION

Ever wonder what your values really are outside what the world has dictated them to be?

Do you want to understand why certain things in your life or around really get under your skin?

Do you want to stop saying “ I wish I didn’t do that!” and start making better choices in your life and know right away if something is “right” for you?

Setting Your Foundation is a three-hour workshop, divided into four modules that will assist you in identifying your core values in a fun and creative way. Starting from your pain points and working backwards this workshop will leave you with a clear understanding of your top 3-5 core values. The process will allow you to define each value in a way that makes sense and meaning to your life right now so you can take steps towards creating the life you want to live and being the person you are meant to be.

LEADING CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE

Are you ready to get in the driver’s seat of your life?

This one hour course will creatively walk you through

  • basic change management and how it impacts people,
  • the stages of change transition,
  • offer you an opportunity to do a self assessment and
  • support you in creating an action plan for successful personal change.

This course has proven to be very useful for those entering any major changes in life such as new jobs, transitioning into post secondary school, moving, or starting a new chapter in their lives.

LEADING CHANGE IN YOUR BUSINESS

Whether you’re a small start up or a large national or international business as a leader you’re job isn’t just to create efficiencies, growth and developments. It is also to assist people to come along with the change. After all, it’s your people who will be carrying out those changes.

This one-hour course supports supervisors, managers and project leads with the basic understanding that all changes affect people differently. This course also looks why seeing change as transformational, not just transitional, can decrease leadership pain points by increasing stakeholder buy in; resulting in sustainable changes and a lot of the time decreased costs.
